We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst who excels at researching, finding, and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges. 
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing, optimizing and documenting business process in a global manufacturing environment. 
You will contribute to the ongoing development of our business-critical systems including SAP, Microsoft CRM and Analytics platforms.

• Analyse existing business processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies and gaps, propose optimized, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and, support IT teams during the design, development, testing, and deployment. 
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and user guides, support end-user trainings and enhancements adoption.
• Ensure coordination with 3^rd party suppliers on incidents and change management.
