Your mission
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be the key responsible for designing and improving hardware components and systems across the product lifecycle. With a strong focus on microprocessors and PCBs with display designs you will translate concepts into robust implementation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as external partners, product- and project management as well as with the Innovation & Technology team. 

Responsibilities
  • Design, test and refine PCB’s for coffee grinders, coffee machines and accessories which are being sold globally
  • Out of requirements, crate blueprints, schematics and all technical drawings for electronic hardware components from prototype state to production readiness
  • Collaborate in an international cross-functional team of internal and external partners for both developing the hardware as well as for the integration of corresponding firm- and software
  • Support your team lead in establishing and managing your personal 
  • Create technical documentation to guide future development and system usage
Your profile
Your Profile
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Excellent skills in PCB layout with proficiency in Altium (or similar)
  • Excellent skills with MCU architecture (Atmel/Microchip, ARM, ESP32)
  • Experience in integrating displays (SPI/I2C/Parallel)
  • +5 Years experience in developing hardware for consumer goods and services
  • Excellent skills in EMC management
  • Knowledge of hardware regulatory requirements, such as FCC and CE
  • Good communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in technical documentation
  • Proficiency in English
  • Passion for coffee
