Your mission

• Provide technical training to Hemro partners in South Europe
• Address customer concerns and quality claims
• Communicate closely with factories' quality, production
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation
• Gather market insights for innovation and benchmarking
• Conduct product field tests in collaboration with R&D
• Serve as the primary contact for sales and marketing for technical content
• Drive operational excellence in the assigned areas

• Reporting to the Global Head of PM Branded Business and the Head of Sales EMEA

Your profile

• Handling the customer complaint process
• Demonstrate and present products in various environments such as events, exhibitions or offices
• Overseeing internal and external product documentation
• 3 years of Product Management experience in a manufacturer, distributor, or related field or 3 years of experience in the coffee industry (e.g., roaster, café manager, wholesale or operations manager for roasted or green coffee)
